"I have been sedentary & overweight off and on for many years and decided it was time to take control of my health and lifestyle once again. Michael has been a big part of the success I’ve experienced and the control I’ve re-established since September, 2023! It was a tough beginning. I was embarrassed at myself and lacked any confidence to succeed.

He makes me accountable and pushes me to go beyond what I think I can do. We meet three times a week (even when I don’t want to) for an hour. I’m sweaty and exhausted when the session is over, but that’s what I want and need. Micheal is extremely personable, knowledgeable, always explaining. He watches my form and corrects me to ensure I’m getting the best workout I can get for my efforts. With his help, I feel I’m on a path of continued growth and success. I’m still not as confident in me as Michael is, but thrilled at my overall results inside & out!! 27 pounds lost along with sizeable losses in my waist, hips, and thighs. I’ve found my collarbones, can feel my ribs when laying in bed or exercising on the floor, and actually have muscles!! And as Michael continues to tell me, numbers don’t line!!

If I had to give one suggestion, it would be for him to talk less about his workouts & what he can do. Moving into our second session, I know what he is capable of and his passion for good physical health and well being. As a struggling and sometimes insecure client, I want to focus on me and where I am in my journey.

Michael came into my life for a reason and I’m glad he’s part of this next chapter in my life!"

"Before I started training with Michael I was a scrawny kid who didn’t have good self confidence. I was in and out of behavioral treatment and rehab. When my therapist suggested exercise to improve my mental state, I hired Michael. I liked that he was a certified personal trainer by NASM and I heard what he had done for others. It was hard getting used to his training because I never exercised as much before, but I really wanted to change into a new person and was determined not to stay where i was in life. We would train regularly and he would challenge me to the point where I was progressing really fast. And honestly I couldn't be happier with my results. His training helped me improve my posture, his training gave me noticable differences in my chest and biceps. I have more confidence than I have ever had. In fact I am considering becoming a personal trainer or maybe even joining the military. I would 100% recommend michael. He is really friendly and very knows his stuff."
